Redo this process but at a national level to determine a system that will be in the best interests of all Australians. There is a great deal of misinformation around the issue of energy and cost of living. A deliberative process such as this helps to dispel some of the myths and political bias, however it could also be done at a national level and with a publicity campaign. Possibly over a longer period of time and with frequent news updates so the whole country is informed.
We have the technology. The biggest obstacle to progress on clean, affordable power is misinformation spread by vested interests.
