Our nation by far has the planets largest military and largest military budget. We must be a leader in universal disarmament by transitioning our military budget into investments here in the USA that are badly needed in infrastructure and technology. We must also challenge other nations to follow our example and transition their own military budgets to peaceful and efficient uses at home and abroad. But this will only be possible if the USA ends its legacy of military influence and empire.
