Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been caught repeatedly violating local laws prohibiting it from working in certain communities. ICE routinely rounds up all non-whites even when these individuals have legal status or citizenship. Under ICE custody 7 children have died while being denied basic medical treatment. President George W. Bush created ICE post 9/11, but it's proven irresponsible, racist & a repeat offender of minimum standards of human rights. Time to dissolve the agency.
