Every citizen is guaranteed a minimum $1,000 a month. This amount increases with inflation. These funds come from decreasing the military budget & reallocating funding for foreign military action. This money is in addition to any social services, entitlement programs, Social Security or any other programs. Money will be sent in the form of direct deposit, check by mail or check available at nearest post office. Cities & states would supplement this for higher regional cost of living areas.
