Appoint a Minister responsible for Agriculture and Fisheries. The Ministry will operate directly from the Research and Development Centre at Għammieri, with an office also in Marsaxlokk so that it can be more accessible to fishermen. We will also establish an office in Gozo to be accessible to Gozitan farmers, herders and fishermen.
