I get why you do this, but I feel a bit patronized. The unconscious bias video was necessary in this forum but a bit cringe to those who know this. I am concerned there may be unconscious bias from the facilitator end. The response to my question about what type of jobs would come up seemed to assume we are unskilled or coming from the oil rigs. I just want to ensure that you are aware that there are a lot of people who are highly educated and skilled in the region quietly watching and waiting to see how this plays out. We may not be the outspoken ones at the feedback sessions or online but we are here. I am more interested in roles for people who are highly qualified from the power industry in the Latrone valley - IT experts, engineers etc. Also, mathematical physics, project management,... Lots of post grad qualified jobs. want to know what is there for all of us who can work on projects like this or our kids.
