Daca ne dorim cu adevarat un mediu in care sa fim fericiti, trebuie sa intelegem ca si programul de lucru ne afecteaza psihic, fizic si social. Reprezinta 30% din timpul tau. Eu sustin reducerea orelor de lucru tocmai din cauza efectelor pozitive care le are asupra noastra.
