Citizen feedback loops through participation on the web

Political parties should encourage feedback from citizens using the web. The ideas of the people must be heard in order to discuss and polish better ways of implementing policies. Policy implementation is a complex subject and no government plan design by an elite will never cover all perspectives.

Points

What we need: -Accessible information flows and feedback loops so that relevant information is broadly available. -Forums for effective dialogue where the meaning of such information can be explored. -Active involvement of citizens in these information flows and dialogues, and the ability of those citizens' perspectives to adapt as fuller understandings emerge.
