A good initiative indeed & also l think the government should work hand in hand with local authorities and also recognise their significance, in terms of planning for sustainable residential settlements

Devolution at its best as local authorities have a part to play in dealing with corrupt councilors who arr giving out stands on wetlands

i honestly like the idea.Its all about the government policies. The government should create policies and implement them for the good of the environment☺️.
