Wishing you well. We've been exposed to external influences which conditioned our minds and stigmatized our outlook on many issues. An initiative like this can only change our perceptions into reality.

It is not clear how the project will address the problem. Is it with telemedicine technologies? If so, this should be better explored. If not, it should be clear how.
