I don't agree with this. It is hard enough to find a job as it is without having the disabled get advantages. First women, now disabled, what's next? Every minority in the country?!?!?!

I agree - but for slightly different reasons. If the majority is overlooked, this builds resentment and leads to greater tensions. It's tough for minorities - but we cannot create instability by favouring minorities.
