Describe the innovation? Agent based modeling using deep learning neural networks is a quickly evolving field where you could use close to realtime data from many sources to constantly evolve models that produce a range of possible future scenarios. How will it improve government? Being able to understand the different possible futures for different types of policy can greatly inform the policy making process.
While agent based modeling can not give the full predictive power of a single possible future being able to understand how different parameters in the models connect to what happens in the simulations can help with understanding each policy issue.

Quality of input data is critical for these agent based models to be effective. It is very hard to guarantee the quality of numerous data sources.
