Support the development of existing sports clubs into multi-disciplinary clubs by giving incentives for them to include other types of sports.
We cannot even survive with oen sport due to lack of administrators, so how can be add another sport. Personally if we want to improve any sport, sport facilities should be free, especially government properties......
In the past Clubs used to get funding from Sports Malta for equipment, training etc. In 2015 or 2016 Sport Malta decided to award funding to ASSOCIATIONS or FEDERATIONS only. This resulted in de-registration as a member of Sport Malta. Are you proposing that you are going to re-instate the funding for Clubs through SportMalta ?
