One of the biggest environmental problems this country has is garbage collection. We need to take garbage bags off the streets once and for all. It makes this country look so shabby and dirty. We can't continue to allow tourists to walk up and down our streets smelling and seeing these scenes. I'd like to propose that we introduce a system of centralised/organised garbage lock ups for each street/area and put an end to garbage bags on our pavements. The locks ups are emptied at night after 22:00
I'm all for seeing less garbage that's why I put forward an idea for daily garbage collection preferably at night.
