There are many people who's work begins at 7.00 am, my idea would be to change the starting time of certain establishments, for example make disciplinary corps begin work at 6.00am and give little compensation. Other sectors may begin at 6.30 am and so on. I think this can help in reducing the traffic congestion during the morning as well as the evening. Thanks!
