Solar Energy Agreements with households which will close down by the year 2020 for solar energy sold to the government will be then offered (as what we are told) with a minimum charge per unit. At least the government must offer the feed-in tariffs in line with the latest current agreements ie 16.5 cents per unit and not make difference between the contracts.
