People are given incentive to use either a motorbike or bicycle/electric bicycle. Help will be given through tax rebate. This will encourage people to use motorbikes (which have small cc) and also bicycles/electric bicycles. Companies can also gain from this because people would not be late for work and also be able to do errands...Happier employees means efficiency in your work.
