Replenishing our water table

Replenishing our water table

Rain water that falls on the roofs can be directed to the water table. This can be achieved by linking the drain systems of private homes and public buildings who do not have a well, to bore holes drilled at a specific depth. In this way the water table would be replenished with water that is relatively clean. Moreover it reduces the flooding of our streets and the overwhelming of our drainage system. Such projects should be fully funded by the government.

Points

Thus idea is based on a pilot project by Ing. Marco Cremona at Santa Venera primary school.
