This area has a high concentration of tourists and hotels, so it is a national embarassment to see this area looking so shabby. Tourists are Malta's main income so we should take extra care that bugibba and qawra are presentable. 1) The area should be kept clean. Even though rubbish is collected every day this is not enough. Introduce rubbish collection twice daily as well as employ cleaners to clean litter from the promenade. 2)Create more public spaces.
