Clearly, one major, if not the major, shortcoming in Malta is the inefficient and antiquated processes at the law courts. As it is, the system slows down commercial transactions blocks capital that would otherwise be circulation in the economy and unduly distorts peoples' lives, not to mention the truism that justice delayed is justice denied. Radical and out of the box thinking is required. Let's put together a think tank to kick off a plan to resolve this major problem,

Isn't the National Bank case, for example, a crying shame? The NBM was extorted from its owners by Mintoff in 1973 - 44 years ago!
