Train/underground system for the Maltese Islands.Linking the islands and main towns together. No cars. But a good minibus system in stations to help people arrive in their destination. Fast and environmentally friendly!
The tunnel should only accomodate trains and no cars. This would ensure there is no influx of cars on the sister island which would render it simply an extension of Malta. Also more cars on Gozo would lead to traffic congestion and increased pressure on the roads infrastructure.
